I subscribed to this service in early July and it has not worked for more than 30 minutes. Issue one as already mentioned a Canadian company selling a service in US $
They dont offer a 1 month plan. Issue number 2 that people considering this service ahould be aware of.
I have had over 200 emails with this company since July 11. Here are new credentials, unplug wait 3 minutes and restart, clear the cache, try this app etc. Eventually I was trying the same thing over and over again.
Asked for a refund, apparently too much time had passed. Now im told the issue is on my end. I ran a few ping tests in the URLs provided and the return times are slow.
My system is hard wired and I have great speeds. Asked for a refund again and was told they cannot issue a refund.
The company is going to respond with a standard response. They are relative quick to respond but you are taking your chances with this company
