Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of modeiptv.ca and any subscription or trial you obtain through it. By placing an order, requesting a trial, or using the site, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

Nature of the Service

Mode IPTV is an independent reseller of third-party streaming services. We sell access, deliver credentials, and provide customer support; the streams themselves are operated and controlled by independent third-party suppliers. We do not host, store, upload or transmit any video content, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any television network, broadcaster, studio or sports league. Channel lineups, video quality and content availability are determined by suppliers and may change at any time without notice.

Eligibility & Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide at checkout (we deliver credentials to the email you give us) and for keeping your credentials confidential. Your subscription is for personal, non-commercial use in your household.

Plans, Payments & Renewals

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Plans are prepaid for a fixed duration and never auto-renew — your plan simply expires at the end of its term, and we email you beforehand so you can choose whether to renew. Payment is accepted by Interac e-Transfer, Visa and Mastercard. Prices may change over time, but a price change never affects a plan you have already paid for. Each plan includes one simultaneous connection unless you purchase additional connections at checkout.

Free Trial

The free 24-hour trial is limited to one per person/household, is provided as-is for evaluation, and may be refused or ended where we detect abuse (repeated trial requests, automated sign-ups, or use inconsistent with evaluation). A trial creates no obligation on either side.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share, sell, rent or give your credentials to anyone outside your household;
• Exceed your plan’s number of simultaneous connections, or circumvent connection limits;
• Restream, rebroadcast, record for redistribution, or publicly exhibit any content accessed through the service;
• Resell the service or represent yourself as Mode IPTV without a reseller agreement (interested? see our reseller program);
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to probe, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service or supplier infrastructure.

Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

Service Availability

We work to keep the service fast and stable — including monitored, Canadian-peered servers — but streaming quality also depends on factors outside our control: your internet connection, your device, supplier infrastructure and force majeure events. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that any specific channel or program will remain available. Your remedy for service problems is our support team and, within the first 7 days, the money-back guarantee.

Legal Compliance

Content accessibility varies by region and rights arrangements. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. Copyright concerns are handled under our DMCA & Copyright Policy; subscribers determined to be repeat infringers will be terminated.

Refunds

Every paid plan carries a 7-day money-back guarantee, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy — which forms part of these terms. Outside that guarantee, plans are non-refundable.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your subscription, without refund, if you materially breach these terms — including credential sharing, restreaming, refund or trial abuse, chargebacks filed in bad faith, or repeat copyright infringement. You may stop using the service at any time; since plans never auto-renew, no cancellation step is required.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Mode IPTV’s total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription term. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for content, interruptions or changes originating with third-party suppliers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law, including PIPEDA and provincial consumer protection statutes.

General Terms

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

Changes: we may update these terms as the service evolves; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Severability: if any clause is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Entire agreement: these terms, together with the Privacy, Refund and DMCA policies, are the entire agreement between you and Mode IPTV regarding the service.
